brisbane

Outfit details:

Blouse: Dotti

♥♥♥

Howdy doody! I wore this to venture into the city today. As you can see, Brisbane has some pretty dang cool buildings, which I have photographed to entice you all to come visit me. I don't go into the city very often, but today I went to watch my friend's band play in the mall. As it was a jazz band, I wanted to wear something comfortable so I could do some hippin' and a hoppin' like the young people do. Not really. I am a horrible dancer. There were some old people who were getting into it, though. Anyway! I love these jeans, they're so friggin' comfortable. I never want to be parted from them. And I got the shirt for $7 reduced from $50. SEVEN DOLLARS. Madness. What is the world coming to?!

I am going to go now because I keep making mistakes when I type. This is because I caught the ball like a mental person at netball this afternoon and bent my finger right back. I very eloquently started yelling "MOTHERFUCKER MOTHERFUCKER MOTHERRRRFUCCKKKKKER" when it happened. I am a lady. Goodbye!

These are some of the pics that I have saved to my "iNsPiRaTioN!!11" folder on my puter in the last couple of months. I wish to eminate the styles of these lovely ladies and steal their clothes. As you can see, I am definitely drawn to a more casual style and quite enjoy the look of pretty dresses, tartan, stripes, creepers and tight jeans.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to do a spot of sneaky online shopping. Teeheeheehee!

PS - I'm not going to be using Google Reader or Friend Connect anymore because a) they are soon to be no more, and b) they are poop anyway. So click here to follow me on Bloglovin' if you will. :)

♥♥♥

Oh heeeeyyyy! Check out my little kitten pals being all cute and stuff. They have been in my family for two months now! Woaahh time, slow down man.

So I suppose I should probably talk about my outfit now. I wore this for my first day back at uni today (noooooooo) and quite enjoyed wearing it. It's all loose and swishy and covered up my post-sushi food baby. Comfortable AND practical. Looking at the photos though, I don't think the cardigan photographed very well. It didn't look nearly as shitty in real life. PROMISE. This is the dress that I was wearing underneath and eeeeeeek it's so cute. I just want to put it in a pie and eat it, which is a completely normal thing to feel.

Anyway! It is 1:40am and I need to get up at 6am. Good luck, me. BYEEEEE.

twins

(the thing on the left is a lava lamp, not some weird test tube baby.)

Hello there! I would like to introduce to you my Christmas babies, Claudio and Edan. They are Ragdoll kittens and are exceptionally cute and squeeee. If my calculations are correct, there has been a 100% increase in the amount of sneezing done by me since receiving these little babies. I even put this information into a graph for you:

I think that's pretty accurate. I am a mathematician, after all. But for you, my little Ragdoll friends, I would sneeze all day every day. That's just how lovely you are.

Did anybody else receive Christmas presents as awesome as mine? My day itself was pretty excellent; I drove up to a little place in Queensland called Tuan to spend Christmas day with my boyfriend's family. I was so worn out from eating that I had a nap at about 2pm and didn't wake up until dinner time. PARTY ANIMAL IN DA HOUSE. I am sad that it is no longer Christmas, as now I have to wake up every single day until December 25th this year with the knowledge that it is not Christmas yet. WAAAAAHH.

I hope you had an excellent Christmas! Farewell!
